return shipping, and you must call for return authorization, we
reserve the right to refuse returns without an return
authorization. (no returns accepted without authorization).
If Box or item is damaged you must keep the original box
the item was shipped in for claim purposes. Call us immediately
at 888 695 5656 to report damages. Failure to report damages and
keep the box may cause claim to be denied.
